You have Egyptian feet if your big toe is longer than all your other toes.  Choosing a tapered shoe that holds the forefoot snugly is very important for this type of foot, otherwise the big toe suffers!  Unfortunately, there's not a huge range of pointe shoes for Egyptian feet.
