The Bloch Synergy pointe shoe is made on the Y-last, which is wider around the metatarsals. It's also constructed using Bloch's moisture-activated paste, which means the box will mold itself to your foot during the first 1-2 hours of wearing. The box has a very solid toe for support and durability. There is no tack or glue on the heel of the shank, making it bend more easily at the 3/4.
