Signature
The Bloch Signature is designed for professionals and comes in two styles, Rehearsal and Performance. The idea is that a professional dancer can wear the more durable Rehearsal version for class and practice, and switch to the Performance version for performances, without having to adjust to a completely different shoe.
The Signature Rehearsal is not a bad choice for students because of its durability. The shank is 2.5mm redboard for extra support.
Note: the paste in these pointe shoes is activated by moisture. Do as little breaking-in as possible before wearing them for the first time. After 1-2 hours of barre work, the paste will soften and mold to your foot. Once you are happy with the fit, line the box with jet glue to prevent more moisture reaching the paste and softening it again, and the shoe will be set in your foot shape.
Best for somewhat tapered (Grecian) feet, medium vamp, high profile.
