Balance European
Bloch's Balance European pointe shoes aren't for everyone. Some students complain it makes their feet look fat or that they sink down into the box - but if you have wide feet, especially with narrow heels, Balance Europeans could be the answer to your prayers!
The wide, square box with its extra padding is good for balance and excellent for turns, but it's also ideal for those of us with wide feet. If you've been having trouble finding other pointe shoes in a wide enough fitting, these shoes are well worth trying.
While there's not much you can do to make wide feet look more streamlined, the nice thing about these shoes is they're very flattering to the arch.
Warning - don't think you've made the wrong choice if they're uncomfortable at first. It takes a few classes for them to break in properly.
